Sophia earned a Master of Science degree from Five Branches University in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral degree at the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences, specializing in classical herbology and advanced orthopedics.

Sophia enjoys treats most primary concerns with an emphasis in musculoskeletal and digestive issues, as well as high stress and anxiety.

In her spare time, Sophia enjoys meditating, being an auntie, going to the gym and continuing her studies.
