• You want to get treated in the comfort of your home.
• Your physical pain makes it a struggle to come to our clinic.
• Your loved one is *immobile, for instance, due to coma, or is suffering from paralysis (hemiplegia, paraplegia, and etc.) after a stroke

We can make house call at your *desired location. It can be your office, your home, or hotel room. All TCM modalities, including Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, Electrical Acupuncture / TENS Unit, Head / Scalp Acupuncture, Tuina / Therapeutic Massage, Moxibustion, Cupping, and Gua-Sha, are available from our house call service.  However, in most cases, customized herbs can only be prepared and shipped to you or picked up in person from our clinic at a latter time.

House Call Service Fee

Our house call service fee is based on our hourly rate and the time we spend serving you, which includes the actual time we spend at your site plus the to-and-from travel time.   For instance, if we spend 30 minutes driving to your home, 1 hour treating you, and another 30 minutes coming back, the service fee will be the doctor's hourly rate times 2 hours. If you are a new patient, you will be charged up front for 2 hours of service before we make the actual house call.  Once service is rendered, depending on the actual charge, overpayment will be refunded and underpayment charged again. Except herbs, all TCM modalities are included in this service fee.

We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, cash, and personal check.

Insurance

We will not bill your insurance company for our house call services. Once service is rendered, we can provide you with a superbill. You can use it to file the claim with your insurance company directly.

*If the patient is in a hospital, hospice, or nursing home, before requesting our housecall service, please first obtain a written permission from his/her doctors and whoever is in charge for authorizing such treatments.
